个人简介:

2006年毕业于四川大学华西药学院,获学士学位;2012年毕业于四川大学华西药学院药剂学专业,获博士学位,同年加入华西口腔医院口腔疾病研究国家重点实验室,任讲师;2014年任副教授,2019年任研究员。攻读博士学位期间(2010-2011),赴英国基尔大学(Keele University)交流学习;2015年赴丹麦哥本哈根大学(Copenhagen University)作访问学者。曾获四川省优秀博士论文奖、四川大学优秀青年学者研究基金、四川大学“校百人”称号等荣誉。研究兴趣主要包括构建功能生物材料及纳米递送系统,近年的核心研究工作集中于探究纳米-蛋白、纳米-细菌和纳米-细胞相互作用,以及这种相互作用在先进药物递送、抗菌、抗肿瘤方面的应用。

研究领域:

主要研究领域包括功能材料与纳米递送系统在抗菌、抗肿瘤方面的应用。

近五年主持的主要研究课题如下:

1. 白蛋白包衣对纳米粒递药系统的保护作用。国家自然科学基金-青年科学基金(编号:81402860;经费:23万;已结题)。

2. 基于纳米-蛋白相互作用的智能结肠靶向递药系统。四川大学优秀青年学者研究基金(编号:2016SCU04A02;经费:20万;已结题)。

3. 氧化石墨烯片层大小对其光热效应和抗菌活性的调控研究。四川大学创新火花项目(编号:2018SCUH0083;经费:20万;在研)。

4. 基于白蛋白冠的肿瘤靶向纳米递送系统的研究。华西口腔医院基础与应用基础研究项目(编号:RD-02-201903;经费:20万;在研)。

5. 利用白蛋白变性-复性过程构建长循环及靶向递药系统的研究。国家自然科学基金-面上项目(编号:81973261;经费:55万;在研)。
