研究领域承担课题:

先后主持自然科学基金面上项目等国家级、省部级及横向项目11项,包括:国自然面上项目《不同形态的白色念珠菌与口腔上皮细胞相互作用的机制研究》;国自然青年基金项目《白假丝酵母菌与变异链球菌在龋齿发生中相互作用的机制研究》;四川省科技计划应用基础研究重点项目《青蒿素逆转白色念珠菌耐药的机制研究》等。

主要研究领域:

1. 口腔真菌与细菌跨界相互作用

探究口腔最常见真菌白色念珠菌与常见口腔细菌,如链球菌、放线菌、葡萄球菌等,之间的跨界相互作用,揭示“真菌-细菌”协同致病机制,找寻对抗“真菌-细菌”混合感染的药物靶点。

2. 口腔念珠菌病发病机制

利用自主知识产权的口腔白色念珠菌临床菌株库及突变菌株库,研究白色念珠菌导致口腔黏膜感染的机制以及抗白色念珠菌黏膜感染的药物靶点。

3. 抗口腔感染性疾病的药物研发

针对真菌感染,“真菌-细菌”混合感染以及耐药微生物,利用自主知识产权的药物筛选模型,发现高效抗感染,尤其是抗耐药微生物感染的新型化学药物及中药,并阐明新的抗感染机制。
