研究方向:老龄化和糖尿病对种植体周软硬组织的影响以及种植体周菌群的构成和变化。

个人简介:

(1)教育背景

2007年7月毕业于南昌大学获得口腔医学学士学位,2007年-2013年师从四川大学宫苹教授,获得口腔临床医学硕士和博士学位,后作为访问学者赴宾夕法尼亚大学牙学院师从Dana T. Graves教授。

(2)工作经历

现从事口腔种植的外科和修复工作。现已获得国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金、四川大学优秀青年学者科研基金、四川大学华西口腔医院临床新技术项目、四川省科技厅苗子工程项目、和四川大学青年教师科研启动基金等。已发表论文近30篇,参编专著3本。主要研究领域为老龄化和糖尿病对种植体周软硬组织的影响以及种植体周菌群的构成和变化。

2. 主要研究领域与方向

主要研究领域为老龄化和糖尿病对种植体周软硬组织的影响以及种植体周菌群的构成和变化。研究方向有:

(1)1,25(OH)2D3对糖尿病大鼠种植体骨整合的影响及相关机制;

(2) 糖尿病对骨组织和口腔微生物结构的影响;

(3) FoxO1敲除及老龄化对牙周炎的影响及相关机制;

(4) FOXO1/mTORC1调控的自噬效应在老龄化进程种植体骨结合中的作用研究。
