  tomatology clinical course is a series of important clinical specialized courses covering oral medicine,

  oral and maxillofacial surgery, prosthodontics, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, implant dentistry, oral biomedical materials science, oral microbiology and et al. In the forms of literature review, lectures and group discussion, graduate students are expected to learn: the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and prevention methods of oral and maxillofacial disease and lesions; the occurrence, development and outcome of oral and maxillofacial disease; systematic diagnosis and treatment of common oral and maxillofacial disease, and general diagnosis and treatment of rare oral and maxillofacial disease; prevention methods of oral and maxillofacial disease; and oral epidemiology investigation and research methods. Combined with teaching and clinical practice, this course aims to train the scientific research and clinical thinking of graduate students and offers general understanding of the theoretical knowledge, clinical techniques and research approaches.
